PRAISE THE ONE TRUE GOD

“I will give thanks to you, O Lord, among the peoples; I will sing praises to you among the nations.” (Psalm 108:3)

CULTURAL PETITION

Many believers in Niger include dreams and visions as a part of their testimony.

• Pray that as Nigeriens fast during Ramadan, they would be open and aware of the Lord speaking to them through dreams and visions.
• Pray that they would flee from the darkness and run towards the light of Christ.
  

KINGDOM COME 

From the Parable of the Mustard Seed: “He put another parable before them, saying, ’The kingdom of heaven is like a grain of mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his field.’” (Matthew 13:31) 

Pray that God would use mustard-seed-sized faith to produce a great harvest in Niger for His glory and for the powerful advancement of your Kingdom.

INDIVIDUAL PETITION

Pray for Bouba, a devout Muslim whose first wife and all his children have accepted Christ and been baptized.  For many years, Bouba refused to speak or acknowledge his children because they were Christians. Recently, however, he has begun to spend more time with them, attend their weddings and baby dedications, and even listen as they share the Gospel with him.  

• Pray that as Bouba fasts and prays, the Lord Jesus Christ would reveal Himself to him in a dream or vision.  
• Pray that Bouba would recognize once and for all that Jesus Christ is the only way to eternal life.

NONE LIKE HIM

“O Lord, you have searched me and known me! You know when I sit down and when I rise up; you discern my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down and are acquainted with all my ways.”  (Psalm 139:1-3)

Pray that Nigeriens would place their hope in the God who is acquainted with all of their ways and knows them intimately.

UN APERÇU SUR LA CULTURE

Beaucoup de Chrétiens au Niger incorporent les rêves et les visions dans leurs témoignages.

• Priez pour que pendant que les Nigériens jeûnent durant le Ramadan, qu’ils soient ouverts et conscients du fait que le Seigneur est entrain de leur parler à travers les rêves et les visions.
• Priez pour qu’ils fuient les ténèbres et accourent vers la lumière de Christ.

QUE TON ROYAUME VIENNE 

(Le Grain de Sénevé) “Il leur proposa une autre parabole, et il dit : ’’ Le royaume des cieux est semblable à un grain de sénevé qu’un homme a pris et semé dans son champ’” (Matthieu 13 : 31). 

Priez pour que Dieu se serve de la foi de la taille d’un grain de sénevé pour générer une grande moisson au Niger pour Sa gloire et pour un avancement phénoménal de son Royaume.

INTERCÉDONS EN FAVEUR DES AUTRES

Priez pour Bouba, un fervent musulman dont la première femme et tous les enfants ont accepté le Christ et ont été baptisés.  Pendant de nombreuses années, Bouba a refusé de parler avec ou de reconnaître ses enfants parce qu’ils étaient chrétiens. Récemment, cependant, il a commencé à passer plus de temps avec eux, à assister à leurs mariages et aux dédicaces de leurs bébés, et il les écoute même lorsqu’ils partagent l’Évangile avec lui.  

• Priez pour que, pendant que Bouba jeûne et prie, le Seigneur Jésus-Christ se révèle à lui dans un rêve ou une vision.  
• Priez pour que Bouba reconnaisse une fois pour toutes que Jésus-Christ est le seul chemin qui mène vers la vie éternelle.

NUL N’EST COMME LUI

Psaumes 139 :1-3 “Tu sais quand je marche et quand je me couche, Et tu pénètres toutes mes voies. Car la parole n’est pas sur ma langue, Que déjà ô Eternel tu la connais entièrement. Tu m’entoures par derrière et par devant, Et tu mets ta main sur moi.” 

Priez pour que les Nigériens placent leur espoir dans le Dieu qui est au courant de toutes leurs voies et les connaît de façon intime.
