08 Nov child beaten for her faith

Pray for “Miri’s” daughter “Saratou,” who was recently attacked by children in her neighborhood. The children had noticed that Saratou no longer attended Quranic school and that her mother was a Christian. The children screamed “pagan” while they beat her with a stick.

When Miri ran to help her daughter, the other mothers turned their backs to her and only one woman apologized for her child’s actions. Miri forgave the woman, cleaned Saratou’s wounds, and took her to a clinic to get stitches.

Pray that Saratou would be healed and that she and her mother would be comforted in the midst of this horrific persecution.

Priez pour ‘’Saratou’’, la fille de “Miri’’ qui a été récemment attaquée par des enfants dans son voisinage. Les enfants ont constaté que Saratou ne fréquente plus l’école Coranique et que sa mère est Chrétienne. Les enfants ont crié ‘’Infidèle’’ pendant qu’ils la battaient à l’aide d’un bâton.

Quand Miri a accourru pour venir aider sa fille, les autres mères lui ont tourné le dos, sauf une qui a demandé pardon à cause des actes que son enfant a posé. Miri a pardonné à la femme en question, s’est mise à nettoyer les plaies de Saratou et l’a ensuite amené dans une clinique pour qu’on lui fasse des pansements.

Priez pour que Saratou guérisse et qu’elle et sa mère soient réconfortées au milieu de cette persécution atroce.
