When “Willi” accepted Christ, and was baptized, his marabout cousins came to his house and took his Bible, his belongings, and all of his clothes and burned them. Yet Willi was not discouraged and stated that he was willing to lose anything for the sake of knowing Jesus Christ.

Willi’s church has come alongside him to support him during this time and he has been a powerful leader among the Fulani people.

• Pray that the Lord would continue to give Willi the strength to persevere amid these trials.
• Pray that he would not lose heart, but boldly press on in his faith.

Lorsque « Willi » a accepté le Christ et s’est fait baptiser, ses cousins marabouts sont venus chez lui et ont pris sa Bible, ses affaires et tous ses vêtements et les ont brûlés. Pourtant, Willi ne s’est pas découragé et a déclaré qu’il était prêt à tout perdre pour connaître Jésus-Christ.

L’église de Willi l’a soutenu pendant cette période et il a été un leader puissant parmi les populations peulhes.

• Priez pour que le Seigneur continue de donner à Willi la force de persévérer malgré ces épreuves.
• Priez pour qu’il ne se décourage pas, mais qu’il persévère avec audace dans sa foi.
