Continue to pray for “Muriel,” a young single mother who met “Namaan,” a Christian church planter, and later married him.

After marrying a Christian, her Muslim ex-husband came to her new house and took her child away from her. When the little girl continued to pray in Jesus’ name, her father became furious and forbid her to speak the name of Jesus in his house.

Earlier this year, when Muriel had a Christian baby dedication ceremony for her new son, her ex-husband attended the event. He met with a pastor and shared that he was amazed at the peace in Muriel’s life since becoming a Christian.

Muriel asks for prayer that her ex-husband would desire the peace that can be found in Christ alone. Pray that the Lord would comfort Muriel as she mourns being separated from her daughter. Pray that one day Muriel and her daughter would be reunited.

Après s’être mariée à un Chrétien, son ancien mari musulman était venu chez elle et a pris sa fille avec lui. Quand la petite fille a continué à invoquer le nom de Jésus, son père était devenu furieux et l’a interdit de prononcer le nom de Jésus dans sa maison.

Au début de cette année, lorsque Muriel a fait la présentation de son nouvel enfant, son ex-mari a pris part à la cérémonie. Après avoir rencontré un pasteur, il a témoigné qu’il était émerveillé par la paix qui anime Muriel depuis qu’elle est devenue Chrétienne.

Muriel veut que l’on prie pour que son ex-mari désire la paix que l’on ne peut trouver nulle part ailleurs si ce n’est qu’en Jésus.

Priez pour que le Seigneur réconforte Muriel pendant qu’elle est chagrinée après qu’on lui a arraché sa fille. Priez pour qu’un jour, Muriel et sa fille soient réunies.
