Pray for “O”, a believer who has incredible passion for the lost. Pray that he would continue to grow in his faith and pursue the lost. Pray that God would open doors for him to share the Gospel with others and pray that he would be bold in sharing his faith where God has already opened doors for him.
Pray for unreached people groups of Niger. Ask the Holy Spirit to grant wisdom and favor to Missions agencies who desire to work among the Fulani.
Isaiah 5:26 “He lifts up a banner for the distant nations, he whistles for those at the ends of the earth. Here they come, swiftly and speedily!” Pray that the Nigerien people hear God’s “whistle” and respond swiftly and speedily.
Every church multiplication movement in history has had abundant evangelism. Ask God that Nigerien Christians will have boldness to share the gospel with all of their Muslim neighbors.
Matthew 18:12-13 “What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off? And if he finds it, truly I tell you, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety-nine that did not wander off.” Pray that the Zarma would understand their worth in the eyes of the Great Shepherd.

Pray for unreached people groups of Niger. Ask God to strengthen, encourage, and protect the small number of Muslim Hausa who have converted to Christianity.
Psalm 96:3 “Declare his glory among the nations, His marvelous deeds among all peoples.” Pray that Christians effectively and boldly declare God’s marvelous deeds to the Nigerien people.
Every church multiplication movement in history has had churches planting churches (not just missionaries or a few believers planting churches). Consider joining John Piper’s prayer: “Lord, cause this revolution to turn Niger into the Antioch of West Africa and raise up a thousand powerful Pauls.”
Matthew 6:10 “Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Pray that God’s will be done and His kingdom come to the Zarma, to Niger, to West Africa, and to all the nations of the world.
Isaiah 60:3 “Nations will come to His light, kings will come to the brightness of YOUR dawn.” Pray that the sons and daughters of Niger will see the Lord Jesus. May they look and be filled with His radiance.
A Disciple Making Movement (DMM) is a rapid multiplication of indigenous disciples making other disciples within a given people group or population segment. Pray for disciples to be made who will then make other disciples.
Matthew 18:2 “And He [Jesus] said: ‘Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.’” Pray that the Zarma, with childlike faith, would accept Jesus as their Savior and Lord.
The vision for Pray for Niger is to see the gospel message spread to all Nigeriens. Our key focus is on the Zarma as they are a people of great influence politically, socially, and economically. Pray that the name of Jesus would be made famous among the Zarma and all the people of Niger.
In Matthew 10 and Luke 10 Jesus sends out the 12 disciples and he also sends out 72 disciples and instructs them to find People of Peace and to remain with them and proclaim that the Kingdom of God is near. Pray that God will reveal those People of Peace and that they would hear the message of Christ and begin to take the Gospel to their very own people.

Luke 22:44 “And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.” Lord, help us to pray earnestly and expectantly. We anticipate your answers, as we know we pray to the God who hears.
100% of church multiplication movements had extraordinary prayer. Prayer brings the heart of man into agreement with the heart of God. His will, established and waiting in heaven, is manifest on earth as we say yes! Pray Your Kingdom come Lord, to Niger as it is in heaven!
Matthew 17:22 “When they came together in Galilee, He said to them, ‘The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men. They will kill Him, and on the third day He will be raised to life.’ And the disciples were filled with grief.” Pray that the Zarma will come to a full understanding of Christ’s redemptive work through his death and resurrection.
The vision of the Pray for Niger global prayer movement is to have thousands of Christ followers praying daily for the gospel to spread in Niger. Pray for an ever-increasing number of prayer warriors as this effort expands. Spread the word to those you believe might like to join in!
Pray for a young Muslim man we will call “Solomon.” He had an injury 6 years ago and is still fighting infection and disease. He is a gentle and sweet young man, and is a Person of Peace within his group and community. As we share our lives and the life of Christ with this man, would you pray for his spiritual healing, but please also pray with us for a miraculous physical healing.
Pray for unreached people groups of Niger. “The harvest is plentiful” in Niger. Ask the Lord of the harvest to send forth laborers to work among the Gourma people.
Nehemiah 9:6 “You alone are the Lord. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you.” Pray that the Nigerien people realize that the God who created everything is worthy of their worship.
